Release notes: Keepod Launcher 3.0.0.10

Changes:

1. Changed device password policy to 50 incorrect passwords attempts distributed in 10 sessions before device lock
   
2. Added progress bar to updater software
   

Downloading and Installing:

System requirements:

1. Keepod Device
2. Windows machine compatible with Keepod device

Availability:

1. Available with every new Keepod device
2. For previous releases available with the new Keepod Updater

Installing New Launcher (for Keepod Key owners):

1. Download the Keepod updater
2. It is recommended to backup your device before update
3. Plug in your Keepod device
4. Double click the Keepod updater icon
5. Follow the updater wizard
6. That’s it! Unplug the device and reconnect again

How do I know it worked??

You can find on the bottom left corner of your Keepod access screen the new version number (3.0.0.10)

Known Issues
In rare conditions the Keepod device password may be reseted and device is not accessible. It is always recommended to backup your Keepod Key device before update.

The new Keepod Key updater allow us to deliver to all our users the latest and the greatest Keepod Key software at any time with an easy and intuitive user interface.

Downloading and Installing:

2. Windows machine compatible with Keepod Key device

Keepod updater is available at this link and on the Keepod support page.

Installing:

1. It is recommended to backup your device before update!
2. Download the Keepod Key updater
3. Plug in your Keepod Key device. Make sure your Keepod Key is plugged to your USB port and don’t remove it before the update is over. Removing the device while running the updater will damage your device!
4. Double click the Keepod Key updater icon
5. Follow the updater wizard
6. That’s it! Unplug the device and connect again
